It was his tenure as a Global HR Executive at Facebook/Meta for over 6 years that marked a pinnacle in his career. There, he led international teams of over 30,000 people, spearheading innovative leadership programs that are still in full swing at Facebook today, which many companies have since emulated.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, A.J. honed his skills in training and development at KSL Capital, where he specialized in coaching leaders to select, coach, and retain top talent within the world’s most prestigious luxury resort properties. His expertise led him to Premier Staffing, where he partnered with renowned tech giants to refine talent strategy and recruiting tactics. A.J.'s role as the Vice President of Talent and Engagement at Sungevity, the world’s leading platform technology for residential solar, saw him leading an expansive HR team across the United States.
A.J. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Organizational Design from Ithaca College, laying the groundwork for his successful career in human resources and talent management. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where he spent most of his life growing up!

Brittany’s career highlights include pioneering a Global HR Innovation function at Diageo, where she spearheaded strategies that harnessed the future of work and AI for a 30,000+ employee organization.
She’s led HR functions for major brands like PepsiCo, Hilton Worldwide, and Frontier Communications, with a proven track record in talent management, change leadership, DEI initiatives, and organizational development. Brittany is passionate about helping leaders navigate complex challenges, drive business success, and foster high-performing, resilient teams.

CHIKARA KENNEDY
Senior Coach
Chikara is an entrepreneur, transformation coach, veteran and accomplished HR leader with two decades of partnering and collaborating with executives at some of the most iconic companies in the world. At the start of her impressive career, she led a small team administrative providing HR support to a squadron of United States Air Force fighter pilots in North Carolina. She leveraged her HR knowledge and unique leadership skills in her next role as a strategic HR consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company. While at Westinghouse, her innovative leadership during a period of unprecedented growth and expansion into the Chinese nuclear industry led to her selection as the first and only HR professional to take on an extended international assignment at Toshiba HQ in Tokyo, Japan.
In the last decade, Chikara’s senior leadership roles at EY and Meta (formerly known as Facebook) have given her the opportunity to lead teams of senior HR business partners while simultaneously co-creating talent strategies with senior executives to address emergent business challenges. AT EY, she led the HRBP team supporting the US-Central Region Strategy and Transactions practice of nearly 800 professionals for nearly seven years. During her Meta (formerly known as Facebook), Chikara was responsible for the leadership of HRBP teams developing dynamic talent strategies that supported the astounding 200% growth of the company’s global recruiting organization followed by the rapid reduction of 80% of the organization within a 5 year period.
As an entrepreneur, Chikara is a co-owner of the Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Springfield-Woodbridge and the founder and CEO of Power Coaching and Consulting. She is passionate about helping clients recognize and harness the power of their personal agency to design and direct their personal and professional lives. She recognizes that this process will inevitably be different for each person and organization, and the foundation of her coaching is helping clients identify what truly matters to them.
Chikara graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Georgetown University and a Masters of Administration with a HR concentration from Central Michigan University. She’s recently relocated back to the Washington DC area and re-acclimating herself to our nation's capital. She is passionate about traveling, health and wellness and leading with positivity and her heart.

With a comprehensive expertise that encompasses HR strategy, talent acquisition, team leadership, mentoring, development, change management, and executive coaching, Stephanie has distinguished herself in facilitating mergers and acquisitions, integrating entities, and nurturing leadership talent.
Professionally, Stephanie's journey began at esteemed Fortune 1000 companies like Otis Elevator and Cintas Corporation, where she honed her HR skills and leadership capabilities. Nikki Moriarty is a certified life coach, speaker, and former corporate leader with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition at Google. She began her career at the company’s Bay Area headquarters before becoming part of the pioneering team that helped build out Google’s Austin, Texas office—where she now resides.
With a B.A. in Sociology, an M.A. in Education, and a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Nikki has always been deeply passionate about people, growth, and purpose. Despite a successful corporate trajectory, the demanding pace and constant juggling act between work and motherhood ultimately led her to the edge of burnout. It was during this challenging season that a spark of courage ignited a transformational journey.
Drawing from her own experience, Nikki made the bold decision to step away from corporate life and pursue a new path in life coaching—committed to helping others navigate burnout and rediscover what truly matters. Her coaching approach blends the insight of her professional background with the empathy of someone who’s walked the path herself. Serving in various capacities from recruiter, project manager to manager, all with a singular focus—empowering individuals to discover what truly resonates with them.
Jennie’s journey commenced with a deep dive into the retail landscape at Target Corporation, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and management. Subsequently, she transitioned into the tech-infused retail environment of Amazon.com, enriching her understanding of HR within the fast-paced realms of technology and commerce.
A proud alumna of Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, her commitment to personal and professional growth led her to pursue additional course work through the Masters of Leadership Program at St. Catherine's University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Here, she delved into the nuances of leadership, equipping herself with the tools to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of organizational dynamics.
